Our Menu
We are local and take advantage of the seasons but we allow ourselves certain modern commodities that have become an integral part of our diets, such as butter, cheese, and flour. Metiz is grounded in the staples of a traditional Filipino diet, rice, vegetables, ulam (protein staple), and sawsawan (sauces/dipping sauce).
The regular 8-course tasting menu and its vegetarian equivalent are priced at PHP4500+ per head. We won’t substitute dairy. We cater to both vegetarians and omnivores.
